1) The back side of the hollow wall is a single fixed panel (faces the "desk" side); the front of the hollow wall is 2-3 removable panels (faces the "public" side). Remove front panels on the modular walls (2-3 panels per unit, depending on model) by prying one side away from the keku clips using a 5-in-1 tool and popping the panels off.

2) If needed, drill down through the bottom panel toward the leveler using a 3/8" drill bit to access the levelers. The panel may be rotated for ease of drilling.

3) Check the floor for slope using a level. If the floor is sloped, begin leveling on the modular wall closest to the high point in the floor, and work away from that unit in both directions.

4) Level the modular walls by adjusting the levelers up and down. Make sure that the walls are leveled individually and across seams.

5) Clamp adjacent modular walls together, then use a rubber mallet to tap the front edges and tops of the two walls to a flush position.

6) Using a 3/8" drill bit, drill through the system holes in the side panels between the walls. Drill through the highest and lowest possible system holes below and above the top and bottom keku clips.

7) Insert connecting bolts (one male and one female) on either side of the drilled holes, and tighten with 4 mm and 5 mm allen wrenches.

8) Snap the cover panels back onto the walls using the keku clips.
