Neocase takes great pride in the construction of its heavy duty modular cabinetry. Here are some of the construction features that make Neocase the market leader in durable, intensive use modular millwork.

Substrates, Worksurfaces:

  • 3/4" Particleboard used throughout, including backs, cabinet top, cabinet bottom, and drawer bottom.
  • 1 1/8” thick tops using Moisturecore substrate to resist moisture contamination
  • Available worksurfaces include epoxy resin, phenolic resin, stainless steel, solid surface, and other heavy duty specialty tops.

Case Construction:

  • Fully encased cabinets with full subtops and case bottoms
  • All surfaces laminated
  • All edges sealed with moisture resistant polyurethane glues
  • All impact edges permanently sealed with 3mm PVC edgebanding on tops and drawer/door fronts, 1mm on balance of cabinet, including backs and bottoms

Moving parts:

  • Steel sided drawer construction
  • 3/4” drawer bottoms
  • Full ball bearing suspensions; full extension on file drawers
  • 170 degree concealed European cup hinges

Modularity:

  • All cases movable and re-usable.
  • Leveling glides on all base cabinets
  • Bases integral to cabinet
  • Rail hanging system for overheads dispenses with wall blocking
