Service and customer support are critical elements in a client/supplier relationship.  Many companies have great products, but cannot consistently quote, deliver, and service in a timely and effective manner.

Neocase is proud of our design, service and support team.  We consistently receive high marks for going out of our way to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and on time.

A key component of that service is to illustrate our quotations with legible and accurate AutoCAD output.  Operating in conjunction with our distribution partners, and utilizing our AutoCAD library of over 20,000 symbols, we provide detailed project drawings, revisions, and quotations.  This process helps ensure accuracy, clean installations, and asset management.
