Modern Industrial Design LTD, dba Neocase, warrants to Original Owner (excluding all others) that the product delivered will be free from defects in workmanship, material, and as specified in the contract. Neocase warrants to Original Owner (excluding all others) to repair or replace at Neocase’s discretion any product deemed defective in material or workmanship as documented in writing to Neocase within Twelve (12) years from the date of purchase by Original Owner. Cost of labor for replacement or onsite repair will be covered by this warranty for a period of 6 (six) years from the date of purchase. No warranty is made or implied for wear and tear under normal usage, exposure to extreme heat or moisture, alterations, abuse, improper installation, or maintenance. Neocase’s liability for component parts or materials manufactured by others included in or sold as finished products shall be limited to the warranty of the component manufacturer. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties.
